2. Description of Services

FrontOrbit provides an AI-powered communications platform that answers phone calls, responds to SMS/DMs, and books appointments by integrating with your existing scheduling software.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, to improve performance or comply with regulatory requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Fees and Payment

Certain aspects of the Services are provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees described in the pricing plan you select.

• Billing Cycle: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Usage Limits: If you exceed the minutes or messages allotted in your tier, overage charges will apply as specified in your plan.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by FrontOrbit.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, including HIPAA regulations regarding the exposure of Protected Health Information (PHI) to unauthorized parties.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in telemarketing fraud.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security of the Services.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or AI models underlying the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FrontOrbit and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of FrontOrbit.

You retain all rights to the data, clinic schedules, and patient information you provide to the Services. By submitting data, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FRONTORBIT, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or cancel your subscription via the dashboard.
