2. Description of Services

FrontOrbit provides an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant conversational AI operations platform that automates inbound phone reception, multi-channel messaging (WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Telegram, SMS), calendar slot scheduling, automated reminder calls, and post-visit review funneling for appointment-based service businesses.

We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or enhance any part of the Services to maintain security, improve AI accuracy, or comply with evolving telecommunication and privacy regulations.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the Services, you must complete the onboarding registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information and to maintain the accuracy of this data.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API tokens, and Firebase authentication keys, and for all activities that occur under your tenant workspace.

4. Fees, Payment & Billing

Certain features of the Services are provided on a recurring subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees as detailed in your selected plan.

• Payment Gateway & Processing: Payments are processed through our regulated payment partner, Safepay (regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan as a PSO/PSP), and authorized credit/debit card processing networks (Visa, MasterCard, PayPak, and 1Link direct bank transfers).
• Billing Cycle: Recurring subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual billing cycle.
• Payment Currency: Charges are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or USD equivalent as specified during checkout.
• Telephony & AI Usage: Included voice minutes and message segments are outlined in your tier. Any pre-approved overage charges are billed at standard carrier rates.

5. Refund & Cancellation Terms

We provide a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee for all new software subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with FrontOrbit within your first 14 days, you may request a full refund of your base subscription fee.

6. Digital Service Delivery

FrontOrbit is a digital cloud SaaS product. Workspace provisioning and account access credentials are delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment authorization. For full details, please review our Service Delivery & Fulfillment Policy.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Transmit unsolicited bulk communications, spam, unlawful telemarketing, or phishing messages.
• Violate patient privacy laws or intentionally expose Protected Health Information (PHI) to unauthenticated channels.
• Attempt to compromise system integrity, bypass PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS), or probe our API infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary prompts, algorithms, and AI models powering FrontOrbit.

8. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

The Services, user interface, software algorithms, and trademarks are the exclusive property of FrontOrbit and Muhammad Abdul Qayyoum.

Your Data: You retain full and exclusive ownership of all customer data, appointment logs, calendar schedules, and patient contact information ingested into your workspace. We process this data strictly to deliver the agreed SaaS functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FRONTORBIT, ITS OWNER, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS REPUTATION ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to amicable settlement, or settled through the competent courts of Punjab, Pakistan.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription from the dashboard or contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our Acceptable Use Policy or fail to fulfill required subscription fees.
